EL high voltage insulators are produced through a one-time epoxy resin casting process. Various bushings, contactors, terminal molded enclosures, etc., are formed using the APG (Automatic Pressure Gelation) process. Some products are also manufactured by compression molding using SMC or DMC unsaturated polyester molding compounds.
All products are suitable for medium and high voltage switchgear cabinets ranging from 3.6 to 40.5kV. For products with special requirements and customized dimensions, we can design and manufacture according to customer specifications.
These insulators are widely used in shopping malls, supermarkets, State Grid systems, substations, power and energy facilities, and urban electrical infrastructure. They are mainly applied in switchgear, power stations, outdoor high-voltage systems, and switchgear equipment.
